Our World: 10 August 2020
Welcome to another summer (or winter, depending on where you live) edition of Our World!
A lot of Europe and Scandinavia is in the grip of a heatwave. I'll have to hang onto that feeling when autumn comes.

Our World: August-already Edition
It's August already! It's hard to believe but this is my last week of holiday. Feels like only yesterday that the holidays started...
Some of you may remember my sweet dog, Oscar (RIP). Here he is teaching us to remember to take time to smell the flowers.

Our World: 29 June 2020
It's hard to believe that half a year has already been and gone! Time is a funny thing - it seems to have gone slowly in lockdown, but also fast!

Our World - nearly-Midsummer-Edition
It's hard to believe that it's nearly midsummer - or midwinter (depending on where you live)! I'm finally getting out into the woods a bit more and am able to enjoy some of the lushness and summer heat! No doubt it will rain at the end of the week as midsummer is usually cold and wet. :-)

Our World: 8 June 2020
Welcome to another episode of Our World!
This is a typically busy time of year - and even though almost everything has been cancelled, two of us will be able to attend our daughter's graduation from senior high school - with strict social distancing in place - at the end of the week.
I gather that one class will graduate at a time and be allowed to come outside where the two family members will stand in little boxes that are two metres apart from everyone else.

Our World: 1 June 2020
Time is a funny thing: it goes by slowly (12 weeks now of being at home) and yet it also seems to pass by in the blink of an eye. June already!

Our World: 13 April 2020
Last week I was talking about balance and should have heeded my own advice. I fell off my bike and have broken my arm. Operation this week!
Have a safe week.

Our World: 6 April 2020
Keeping our balance is essential, if difficult, in these trying times. (Don't be too hard on yourself if you fall over every now and then though!)
