When day comes we step out of the shade,

I'm trying to ignore the political madness going on and just enjoying the small moments of beauty.

So, 2020 is drawing to a close... Most of us are, no doubt, thinking good riddance!
But I like to think that there have been some moments of brightness, some lessons learned that we can take into the new year with us. I'd hate to think of a whole year just going to waste - don't you?
So, let's take those sweet moments into the new year with us and make them into moments of hope.
The winter solstice is here - which means that the days will start getting a bit longer and a bit lighter. And a bit more hopeful!

December is here with its muted colours and greys... It feels more like November without any snow.

Can you believe it's December already?!
November has been pretty mild. Got some snow at the weekend, but still had to pick three ticks off Ruby and one off Simmie! (Crazy!) And we had a beautiful full moon.
I hope you are all doing well in these uncertain times.
Mental health is important and I try to remain optimistic and energetic.
